Certified Diploma Programs

Upon successful completion of a diploma program you will receive a certificate endorsed by the United States Outdoor Council* stating that you have passed the minimum requirements to qualify as a Certified Master in that field of study (e.g., Master Fly Fisherman, etc.). 

Each Diploma track provides you with a complete program, providing you with the foundation of knowledge and skills required to become a Master in that field, including unique experiences only available within this program.  In addition all Diploma credits count toward professional certification tracks.

Professional Certification Programs

Upon successful completion of a Professional Certification program you will receive a certificate endorsed by the United States Outdoor Council* stating that you have passed the minimum requirements to qualify as a Certified Professional in that field of study (e.g., Professional Hunter, etc.). 

Have you dreamed of being an outdoor professional?  Successful completion of Outdoor Adventure University programs will make it easier to find a job, market yourself, and make more money doing the things you love.  You will have the edge on other guides and outfitters because you will be qualified to survive, use first aid and emergency response, and understand the basics in running your own business and dealing with clients and partners.

Professional Certification will provide you with the expertise you need to lead outdoor groups.  You will develop and enhance your understanding of the outdoors, learning critical skills and gaining valuable experience. 

Learn how to operate and manage your own small business including: videography and photography, marketing and leadership skills, accounting and office management, ethical business management, and responsibilities of being a business owner.
